A hidden gem in the heart of Dalyan. Its hard to know where to start when you have totally fallen in love!
Firstly, when you look for possible holiday villas, locations etc, you have to put your trust in what you see before you and hope that the holiday lives up to descriptions / photo’s etc. When it comes to these villas, they completely exceeded all of our hopes.
AMAZING !!!!! I was travelling with a party of 12 so had booked 2 of the 3 villas. Our villas shared a pool while the 3rd villa, Artemis, has its own pool. The villas are immaculate, equipped with everything you need to feel totally at home. The style and decor is beautiful and finished to a very high standard indeed. The attention to detail is a delight in every room. The up-stairs bedroom is like a penthouse suite and the view from the shower is stunning!
The villa is large and spacious and easily sleeps 7 people. The outside area is perfect. The villas are set in a pomegranate orchard with a panoramic mountain view from where-ever you stand! Sitting round the pool we felt like the only ones there. The town however, is only a 10-15 minute stroll away. The pool was the perfect size, extremely clean and has plenty of furniture & loungers. The town is very relaxed and friendly. There are no loud bars.
There is so much choice when it comes to dining out and shopping, great fun ! I have been to other parts of Turkey but have found Dalyan to be perfect in every way. There is plenty to do to keep you busy or you can enjoy total privacy and quiet at the villa.
The icing on the cake for us was how we were looked after by the owner, Helena. While also owning the local Metin Hotel, Helena was on hand constantly to ensure we really got the most from our stay. She even arranged for the local bus to pick us up from our villa to take us to the local market and the local beach.
It really is 1st class, personal service. We are already checking dates for next year and are recommending these villas to everyone we know !
A beautiful, relaxing location with superb facilities! Pomegranate Villas are beautifully appointed in a tranquil location just a short (15 minute) walk from the centre of Dalyan. The owners, Helenka and Dundar, have built these 3 villas with discerning self-catering guests in mind and have paid a great deal of attention to detail to ensure that their guests have a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
It is the little things that make all the difference such as the provision of two bicycles to use, having a basic welcome pack included in the price with the option of paying for an additional welcome pack (including bread, milk, jam, cheese, olive oil etc), arranging door-to-door airport transfers at a very competitive price if required, providing an extensive information file in the villa with great hints and tips for places to visit and restaurants etc.
Helenka and Dundar were also easily contactable and responsive if you needed assistance with arranging day trip or restaurant bookings. All it left us to do was have a relaxing, enjoyable holiday!
Great location away from the madding crowds We found this villa and it’s location very relaxing and had a great holiday there.
Externally, everything was well kept and tidy and it was lovely to be amongst the pomegranate trees and fields. Internally, the villa was well equipped, beautifully furnished and exceptionally clean. Helena was helpful, without being intrusive and the fig jam was a highlight !!
A beautiful villa which is extremely well appointed and maintained as if new. It is located about a mile outside Dalyan in a peaceful setting with open views and with fruit trees on three sides. The pool is also very clean and well kept.
The road leading to the villa is unsurfaced but there is no passing traffic. Dalyan is a friendly small town with plenty bars, good restaurants, an excellent bakery and plenty of food shops. The river is full of boats – ferrying people to the beauitul beach, or going on longer trips, or for those who like diving.
The owner, who is charming, lives in Dalyan and could not have been more helpful.
”Amazing” We went out there with our two young daughters 10 & 4 years and had the most fantastic stay,the location couldnt of been any better it was perfect the walk into town is only 10mins and is a lovely walk .
The villa is amazing there is everything you need and is very clean our girls loved the pool and the views around it are beautiful we will definatly be returning ,it is also ideal for a large group of you as you have the other two villas but your not over looked at all but would be great to rent them all out together.
The town is great so many lovely restaurants,bars,and shops we recommend the boat trips too there are some great days out to choose from its a great place for families.
The owners are very helpfull and friendly people also.
Brilliant Luxury Holiday-5 Star Gold Standard Left on Aug 26, 2019 for a stay in Aug 2019 Where do you start with this holiday- absolutely gold standard.
The villas are ideally situated only a 10 min walk from town, bars and the supermarket although bikes are available for your use, the kids loved these. Surrounded by pomegranate trees (orchard), the best plum tree in the world, and the largest grape vine I have seen with an abundance of fruit to pick daily made an ideal, peaceful and quiet surrounding for our holiday. The mountain scenic backdrop was stunning.
We rented all the villas for our family of 15 and absolutely loved every minute. From our first booking with Helena (and subsequent last minute holiday last Sept at the Metin hotel which they own) we were allowed a sneak preview of the villas, we knew we had made great choice.
The villas are excellent and furnished to a very high standard, with ample loungers, chairs and side tables etc to sit and read your book or listen to music, they even have a mini library bookshelf. The pool areas are great and spacious with a huge BBQ complete with outside light made for several great nights outside including a family 40th. Helena and Dundar were always in touch and on hand should we have any problem albeit non were experienced.
At the end of the holiday, we sat down as a family to discuss any suggested improvements to the villas and our holiday, all we could come up with was the weather was too hot , everything else Helena had under control. Helena have just added a side block at the rear of the villas this year that has showers etc so when departing you can have a shower and change of clothes before finally leaving.
This addition is invaluable if you have a late flight. We holiday in Dalyan quite frequently and would certainly consider renting the villas again. We arrived as visitors and left as friends. Thank you Helena and Dundar.
“Superb accomodation, excellent location, ideal for all ages!” We were a family party of 19 (ages 5 to 79) who had a fantastic holiday at the Pomegranite Villas in June. The arrangement with the 3 villas was ideal and the facilities were of a very high standard. The location, just outside town, was perfect and allowed us to relax by the pools in privacy but with easy access to shops and restaurants. The bikes provided were used every day by our teenage children which gave them the freedom to explore the very safe and friendly environment of Dalyan. Helena and her family were always available if needed and we would certainly recommend the boat trip with her husband Dundar. All in all a perfect holiday!
Beautiful Villa In A Tranquil Setting We booked two weeks in this villa along with our two teenagers. The Villa was absolutely gorgeous, it was spotlessly clean and was just like a home from home. The villa was very spacious which was just what we wanted and the top bedroom was “out of this world”. All amenities were brilliant and we especially loved the wet rooms with rainforest showers. To be able to wake up each morning and look at the stunning views from your bedroom window was incredibly peaceful and was also uplifting. Helena and Dundar the owners were great, they collected us at the airport and were only a telephone call away if we needed help with anything. They was very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. The villa was thoroughly cleaned after one week and fresh towels and bedding provided. The pool was lovely and warm with plenty of sun loungers and parasols. There is a super-market and corner shop 5 minutes from the villa and we used the bikes provided which was great fun. The people in Dalyan were very friendly and there are plenty of restaurants and bars. We ate out every night and the food was superb . Plenty of trips are available and we loved the mud baths and Turtle Beach. We had an excellent holiday and will definitely be returning to this villa in the future.
Pomegranate Garden Villas comprises 3 gorgeous, high quality villas which are each self contained with plenty of private space but share beautiful grounds in amongst pomegranate trees. We have stayed at the villas 4 times over the last 4 years and know Dalyan well and have returned time after time. Located approximately 1 mile from the town centre (very flat terrain), guests can either walk or use the bicycles provided for free at the villa. (cycling very safe as traffic very light). The accommodation is of extremely high standard, set on level ground, well lit, with fully-equipped kitchen equipment, outside BBQ and lovely clean swimming pool. Each bedroom (there are 4 bedrooms in Villa Artemis where we stayed) has en-suite which are spotlessly clean. 2 rooms downstairs, two up. A beautiful terrace area where you can sit and gaze at views of the mountains surrounding Dalyan. The villas are beautifully peaceful but close enough to the shops for ease. For us, the holiday is always made so special because of the lovely owners, Helena and Dundar. Helena came from UK and has lived in Dalyan for a long time. She is so helpful and kind and I know if guests need, she helps arrange transport, trips and even grocery delivery. Helena is warm and professional. We love the fact that you can have the privacy of a private villa but can also meet fellow guests in the adjacent villas if you want. One of the 3 villas has a private pool, the other two villas share a central pool which has plenty of sun loungers and space. We feel Pomegranate Garden Villas are a real hidden gem in Dalyan!
